Nurture & Empower OT provides personalised, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed support for children in their early-learning and primary-school years.
Mobile services are available across selected northern and central Perth suburbs, with online support available Australia-wide.
Individualised Assessments
Assessments are tailored to your child’s needs and may explore fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, interoception, regulation, visual perception, school readiness and everyday independence.

Practical recommendations and a brief written summary are included.


Occupational Therapy Intervention
Therapy supports your child to build skills and participate more comfortably in the activities that matter to them. Sessions are guided by your child’s goals and may focus on the below:

Sessions may be provided at home or school, where appropriate.
Classroom Observations

Early Years & School Screenings
Kindy & Pre-Primary screenings can help identify children who may benefit from additional support or a more comprehensive assessment.

Individual and group screening options are available for schools and early-learning services.
Personalised Sensory & Interoception Plan
An online service for families seeking practical, personalised strategies for their child.
Includes:

Two parent questionnaires

A personalised 2–3 page written plan

Strategies for everyday routines

A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation
Available Australia-wide. Payment is required before the questionnaires are issued.
This service is not a comprehensive OT assessment, diagnostic report or rebate-eligible consultation.


Support for School and Early-Learning Services
Services may include developmental screenings, assessments, classroom observations, onsite intervention, educator consultation, professional learning and school licences for selected digital resources.

Support can be tailored to an individual child, classroom or whole-school community.
Fees and Rebates
Fees are provided following enquiry. Eligible face-to-face services may attract a private health or Medicare rebate. An itemised receipt is provided following payment.
